Free participation, by invitation
The founding pilot is free. No payment card is required, and there are no automatic charges. Emailing LowVoltScout begins a conversation about fit; it does not guarantee admission. Participation requires a fit review and an invitation.
Day 14 is a usefulness checkpoint, not an expiration date or a billing trigger. We will ask whether the information has been relevant and worth your team's time. Any future paid service requires a separate agreement and your decision to join.
What the pilot is for
The pilot evaluates public-project opportunity shortlists and context for low-voltage contractors. Initial coverage is limited to Chicagoland. Wider coverage is not available yet. Coverage can be incomplete, and a shortlist can be empty.
LowVoltScout does not guarantee a minimum volume of opportunities, continuous coverage, bidder eligibility, awards, or revenue. Trade-fit and qualification context help you review a notice; they do not establish that your company qualifies to bid.
Fictional examples on this website illustrate the format. They are not active tenders or invitations to submit a bid.
Official documents control
Official solicitation documents and amendments control all deadlines, qualifications, required attendance, scope, and submission terms. Confirm the current requirements with the issuing source before spending money, attending an event, or submitting a response.
LowVoltScout does not submit bids, contact buyers on your behalf, or commit your company to work. You remain responsible for your decisions and responses.
Before private access
Privacy information and participation terms for a separate private pilot will be supplied before access is provided. Review those materials before joining or sharing business information through that service.
Please keep email inquiries focused on your trades, territory, and the kind of work you want to evaluate. Do not send passwords, sensitive security details, or confidential customer documents.
Feedback, changes, and leaving
The free pilot may change or pause as we learn from participants. You can leave at any time by emailing support@lowvoltscout.com. Keep your own copies of information you need for business records.
Candid feedback helps us assess relevance and usefulness. Participating does not authorize publication of your company name, feedback, or a testimonial. Paid participation will never begin automatically.
