If you choose to email
An email link opens your email app. It does not send a message automatically. If you send an email, we receive your email address, your message, and any information or attachments you include.
LowVoltScout uses that correspondence to answer questions, confirm service area and plan requests, coordinate access or provide support. Only share what is needed for the conversation. Please do not send passwords, sensitive building-security details, confidential customer documents, or personal information about others.
Services used
- Vercel hosts the public website and processes requests needed to deliver and protect it.
- Cloudflare provides domain and DNS services that help visitors reach the website.
- Google Workspace provides LowVoltScout email, including storage and delivery of correspondence.
These providers process information as part of their services and have their own privacy and retention practices. Your email provider also handles messages you choose to send.
Questions, corrections, and deletion requests
Email support@lowvoltscout.com to ask about information you have shared, request a correction, or request deletion of correspondence. LowVoltScout will review the request and explain what can be done.
We do not promise immediate deletion of all copies. Email records, provider logs, backups, and copies held by other recipients can have different retention periods and deletion limits.
Your account and workspace
The signed-in service is separate from this public website. Its account and workspace privacy notice explains sign-in, saved profiles, pursuit notes, membership and trial records, access-change history, service providers and workspace deletion. Review it before creating an account or sharing workspace information.
