This is a static information website. It does not offer accounts or forms, and it does not use analytics scripts, tracking pixels, or local storage to collect visitor information.
Hosting and network services can still process technical information to deliver and protect the website. This can include request details, IP addresses, browser information, and security logs. These service records are separate from any message you choose to send us.
If you choose to email
An email link opens your email app. It does not send a message automatically. If you send an email, we receive your email address, your message, and any information or attachments you include.
Shiraz at LowVoltScout uses that correspondence to respond, assess whether the founding pilot fits your business, coordinate an invitation, or provide support. Only share what is needed for the conversation. Please do not send passwords, sensitive building-security details, confidential customer documents, or personal information about others.
Services used
- Vercel hosts the public website and processes requests needed to deliver and protect it.
- Cloudflare provides domain and DNS services that help visitors reach the website.
- Google Workspace provides LowVoltScout email, including storage and delivery of correspondence.
These providers process information as part of their services and have their own privacy and retention practices. Your email provider also handles messages you choose to send.
Questions, corrections, and deletion requests
Email support@lowvoltscout.com to ask about information you have shared, request a correction, or request deletion of correspondence. Shiraz at LowVoltScout will review the request and explain what can be done.
We do not promise immediate deletion of all copies. Email records, provider logs, backups, and copies held by other recipients can have different retention periods and deletion limits.
Separate private pilot access
This notice covers the public website and email inquiries. Privacy information and participation terms for a separate private pilot will be supplied before access is provided, so you can review how that service handles information before joining.
