Plans and access
Free is $0. Public review samples and their source links are available without an account. Free members retain access to account settings and can read their existing personal notes. The current member catalog and new workspace activity require an active Pro trial, Plus or Pro. Plus is $20 per month for opportunities in one agreed service area. We confirm that area and the available scope before payment and activation. Pro is $100 per month for all published opportunities within supported coverage and the pursuit workspace. See pricing for the current offer.
To get started, create your account, verify your primary email, and open your workspace. New verified members receive trial access automatically, with no separate approval. Paid Plus and Pro plans still require a separate agreement and activation; there is no payment checkout in the app.
Your 30-day Pro trial
New members receive one 30-day Pro trial. It starts when you first open your workspace after verifying your primary email. No payment card or approval is required, and there is no automatic charge. Deleting workspace data does not restart or extend the trial.
At the end of the trial, access returns to Free automatically unless a paid plan has been separately agreed and activated. Existing personal notes remain available to read; expiration does not delete them. Paid service starts only after a separate agreement and your explicit authorization. We confirm the plan, payment terms and access before any payment is taken.
Coverage and opportunity information
Current coverage focuses on Cook, DuPage, Lake, Kane and Will counties in Illinois. Coverage is limited to the sources and notices we publish. The catalog can be empty, and no plan promises a fixed number of opportunities, every buyer portal, bidder eligibility, an award or financial results.
Samples explain how a review works. Dated samples are not live status feeds, and fictional examples are not real solicitations. A scope match helps you assess a notice; it does not establish that your company is eligible or that a bidding package is complete.
Check the official source before acting
Official solicitation documents and amendments control deadlines, qualifications, required attendance, scope and submission rules. Confirm current instructions with the issuing source before pricing work, attending an event or submitting a response.
LowVoltScout does not submit bids or commit your company to work. Public-information research is not representation of a bidder. You remain responsible for your pursuit decisions and responses.
Your workspace and information
Use only the account and workspace you are authorized to access. Do not share credentials, bypass access controls or interfere with the service. Keep notes and emails free of passwords, sensitive security details and confidential information you are not authorized to share.
Review the public website and email privacy notice and the account and workspace privacy notice. Providing feedback does not authorize LowVoltScout to publish your company name, notes or a testimonial.
Changes, leaving and earlier offers
Contact support@lowvoltscout.com to end access or ask about your plan. Keep copies of information you need for business records. Paid cancellation and payment arrangements are confirmed in your separate agreement before paid service begins.
Previously issued invitations and separately agreed access keep the terms offered unless you explicitly agree to a change. The new 30-day trial does not shorten an earlier free offer or introduce charges. New members can create an account to get started. Questions can be sent to hello@lowvoltscout.com.
